30-day returns
You may return a piece within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the item price.
Condition
Items must be returned unworn and undamaged, in their original packaging. Because each piece is hand-embroidered, please handle it gently while deciding.
How to start a return
Email orders@noorarashdesigns.com with your order number and we will send return instructions.
Return shipping
Return postage is paid by the buyer, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect — in which case we cover it.
Damaged in transit
Message us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we will replace or refund it in full.
Exchanges
Every piece is one of a kind, so a direct exchange is not always possible. Return the original for a refund and order the piece you prefer.
