Common questions
Yes — insured, tracked dispatch to over 140 countries, typically within 48 hours. Duties and taxes for your destination are shown at checkout so there is nothing to pay on arrival.
Many are. Bow ties are made in small batches and several designs are unique, each signed and numbered by the atelier. Where a piece is limited, it is marked as such.
We take a limited number of custom commissions — colourways, motifs, corsets and headpieces for specific occasions. Use the form and select 'Custom commission' with your date.
14-day returns on unworn, non made-to-order pieces. Custom and made-to-order commissions are final sale. Contact us first and we will guide the process.
